ABOUT
Julie Luna, PT, DPT, NCS
Julie is a licensed physical therapist (DPT), Board-Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist (NCS), and PWR! Moves Certified Therapist who treats individuals with a variety of neurologic conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease, Spinal Cord and Brain injuries, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Functional Neurologic Disorders, Dysautonomia and Vestibular and Balance Disorders. Her passion for neurologic rehabilitation began early in life, inspired by her father’s journey with a brain injury and rare vestibular disorder. Julie’s personal experience living with dizziness and dysautonomia gives her an intimate understanding of its challenges, fueling her passion to help others find hope and quality of life.
Julie earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University in 2019. With extensive experience treating complex neurologic and vestibular disorders across the outpatient, inpatient, acute care, and home settings, Julie quickly recognized the critical role and potential of specialized evidence-based practices for neuroplasticity and better outcomes. She decided to open Neuro Lab in 2024 with a vision to offer a different approach than the traditional health care model to help clients achieve accelerated and enhanced outcomes so that every client can reach their maximum potential.
